I am looking for a hosted asterisk box located in the US for conferencing.

It needs to have the following features:

1) inbound toll-free for north america
2) inbound DID
3) high quality A-Z termination

capacity for up to 50 simultaneous connections, with the ability to
easily scale beyond that number.  some of the attendees will be coming
in using soft phones.

We are going to have limited usage on startup.

call quality and service are more important than rock bottom prices.

I want a managed asterisk box, but we will provide all of the AGI
scriping and configuration.  Basically, I am looking for a box with
dialtone and we can configure all the rest of things.
