So I googled Broadtel and the first entry I see:

I wonder if this is the same people. To put your mind at ease, it is, I
emailed asking for detail and received them, thank you Vincent, and the data
sheet confirms what was already pretty obvious. The website is
www.broad-tel.com and the product mentioned by the OP is not on the site,
but the part numbering scheme is similar to existing products.
