Only 25mil!  I would have thought Allworx was worth more than that.  They
must have been hurting.

I am curious what is going on here with all this consolidation?  3Com, Avaya
and several other big players in PBX all sold or up for sale.  Is it
Asterisk or commoditization of PBX's or is demand going down because of
ITSP/Hosted/Vonage/Skype/cell phones etc. or a combination of things?
