I have had excellent DID service from CommPartners over the last 2
years. They are not perfect in every respect, but when it comes to the
actual voice service it's been flawless once set up. They run lots of
rate centers themselves, but also resale some L3 and GlobalGrossing.
However, if your usage is low, this may not be a viable solution for
you.
