I sure hope that I do not share the same experience with their RMA
procedure.  I suppose a chargeback is an option within the time period
allowed by your credit card.

Resellerratings is a great resource. The only unfair part is that a much
smaller percentage of people go to a review site to post a positive
experience than do people with complaints.  Myself included.  That
should be a factor in reading and interpreting the reviews.
