I need to find a good US termination provider that also provides good 
support for 800/866/877/888 numbers.  I do not necessarily need those 
number to be handled for free (although free or discounted would be 
nice) but I need them to be handled well.  Our sales agents generally 
spend hours per day apiece on the phone with the cruise lines, which are

all 8XX calls.
