[asterisk-biz] U.S. 50 State Calling Prices for Non-Volume

Thanks. That is exactly what I suspected. I opened the account over 2
years ago and used it to get some temporary test DID's. I have some
credit to burn up on the account. I guess the best thing to do is use
the account for calls that I know will be more than just a few minutes.
