I don't know about his ratios, but I have a carrier partner that has a
product with no restrictions for .0085 for interstate termination and which
also has over 63,000 intrastate npa/nxx's as part of the program as well. If
you send an intrastate call that is not covered, my carrier partner will
send back a 503 reject code.

The rounding is 6/6,no usage commitment required.

Being a wholesale provider, we don't want low volume clients to auto sign up
as this would cost us in monitoring and support functions and will not be
economical for clients under 100K minutes per month. We do make exceptions
on potential growth after talking to clients.

DID. I found that the cost was $8.95/mo. and when I pointed out that I was
currently paying $3.99 for a dual channel system, it was explained to me if
a business wanted to remain in business for any duration $8.95 was a good
price. I stated that the company that I was dealing with has been in
business since 1996, and the response to that was curt response.
