[asterisk-biz] fax back Asterisk application

I'm looking for a fax back Asterisk application. 

 

Need to do:

*        Caller calls a number.

*         Choosing from IVR list a page to be sent to his fax.

*         Typing his fax number Asterisk sending the page.

*        The fax pages are pre installed.

 

Any help will be appreciate,
