a solution that size will easily pass the $500k mark no matter who you go with. dont get me wrong i love asterisk it does great things, but for this i would go w/ a work horse like sonus or a couple of cisco as5800's and ser doing the sip stuff, imho

  yes it would take a great engineer astmaster to design/set it up to be carrier grade, but it could be fun, real fun :)
