	It now looks like the "independent telcos" are in a shakeout. And
judging from general news and the quality of services offered on this
list, the other indies aren't ready to handle the extra business.

	How much of these windups are the result of AT&T's successful suits
against Vonage, even though Vonage itself has (so far) survived? Has it
spooked the investors away from the risky startups? How far will it go?
