[asterisk-biz] PGW2200 help

Greetings, I'm trying to figure out the pricing model for the Cisco
PGW2200 softswitch.  In other words, I haven't been able to figure out
what pieces and licenses I need to do what I want, which is to control an
AS5400 and handle roughly 500 concurrent TDM-to-TDM and TDM-to-SIP calls.

If you have experience with the PGW2200, please respond.
