Hello list,
I have been looking at route offerings and I'm puzzled by a couple of  
things:
- what is the difference between ABR (Answer Bid Ratio) and CCR (Call  
Completion ratio)?
- and how is NER (Network Effectiveness Ratio) defined?

If anybody has got some good pointers on how those metrics are  
calculated.... many thanks!
