I had a few opened bottles of wine sitting in my refrigerator for many
months. After a hard day, I found myself wanting to relax with a soft
drink or a cup of good coffee. So about a year ago, I poured the wine
out and decided to quit entirely. A big part of my reason is thet I want
to be an encouragement to those who struggle with it. I am happy, I do
have some fun and I don't drink at all. I hope that helps some of my
friends.
