Thanks for your comments.

A point about billing - we have deliberately excluded billing form our
solution as most of our customers already have billing systems in place and
billing system requirements vary substantially (and require integration
anyway). The typical scenario we see with Thirdlane is that customers just
rate and load CDR data into a billing system outside of the Thirdlane
software.

That said, we could be persuaded to add a simple billing solution if there
is enough interest, or build a tighter integration with a good billing
software - I wonder what the (potential customers') opinions on this list
may be?
