[asterisk-biz] Interconnected VOIP is virtualphoneline.com falling into it?

The Call Comes in From DIDX , via some OTHER interconnected operator like level 3


The Call comes to the asterisk box of virtualphoeline

Then it goes over ip back to a termination partner say in India and lands over there.

That's how it works

Now do we have to pay USF on this ?
