I did receive my refund check today.  I'm assuming its good.  ;-)

It is up to you to decide if they conduct their business poorly, though my
actions speak of my thoughts.  They may be poor, but a crook does not send

They have been maintaining the conversation as of late, which I believe is
the most important part.  Receiving the money is secondary to a truthful

Do I smell a class action law suit ? Seems that there are a lot of people 
that are waiting on refunds.
