I agree!  I can't say it strongly enough.  Look elsewhere.

Jed promised me a refund back in December, but it never arrived.  First he
blamed Paypal for the delay and then he said he'd mail me a check.  He's got
my address and it's been weeks.  I'm still waiting.

And, get this.  It's only around $20.  C'mon Jed, that's beer money.
