[asterisk-biz] Revenue sharing DIDs

I am testing "http://www.trxtel.com <http://www.trxtel.com> the VoIP 
provider that pays you!" Trxtel.com did's went down around 7:45pm EST 
and are still down at 9:30pm est
They can't pay you if you can't call the did

Are there any other providers that will share the incoming revenue?
