Linugen, a Belgian company specialized in Linux and Voice over IP solution
launches Sipcat, its latest IP Telephony solution for SMEs. This unique
solution offers a complete Asterisk-based VoIP PBX as a software
application that can easily be installed on any computer system.
Sipcat is based on a modified Linux distribution and is available on CD or
can be downloaded on the internet as an ISO file. This approach offers
companies the freedom to choose their own hardware vendor and integrate
the IP PBX in their existing maintenance contracts. Additionally,
customers are free to choose their brand of telephony interface cards and
IP telephones.

Sipcat is available for free for companies with less than 5 users.
