Atif,
The reality is that you are not going to find Level 3,Global Crossing,
Qwest, Verizon/MCI,XO or anyone else offering you an unrestricted flat rate
with ANI of .0065 regardless of whether you bring them 5 million minutes or
20 million minutes. They will provide you with npa/nxx billing and or
LATA/OCN rates and allow you to blend out yourself. If you are an agent,
good luck. If you own your own switch, contact me and I can get you to where
you need to be by blending in routes from the above mentioned providers with
little if any commitments.

I already tried with Level3, and they cannot give me that rate w/o
a 2 year commitment and min of 5-10 million mins a month.

My clients are very competitive, any increase in rate, and they want to 
leave.
