Even if they speak well and provide great service english it needs to be
brought under control. The US employer has to pay minimum wage, taxes,
unemployment insurance, etc. so how can he legally compete against
offshore labor? Many years ago the wise teachers and professors
explained that no harm was done as long as there was a trade balance.
That might be true but we will never know for sure unless we can go
without a trade deficit for a few years. With immigrant labor(legal or
otherwise) at least the money spent cycles back into our economy. We are
losing jobs here while Microsoft and many others increase their wealth.
