[asterisk-biz] Y connector for analog?

How do I seamlessly transfer existing phone service for my customer
when porting the number? Is there something the asterisk can do to
initiate the service by activating an ata pre installed on my customers
property as soon as the legacy phone provider ports the number to it?

Or is there a magic y connector between the ata the existing d mark and
the customers analog phone so that the new service just takes over when
the old is terminated?
