In trunk and branches/1.2, echocancel and echocancelwhenbridged are not
relevant to chan_sip, so they shouldn't have made any difference there.

echocancelwhenbridged is specific to chan_zap and chan_misdn.

echocancel is in those as well as chan_phone and chan_vpb.
