[asterisk-biz] DTMF duplicating

We have a problem with DTMF duplicating numbers

user calls to asterisk server 
ivr recognizes phone number of a user and user puts a number to call
for exampe user dialed this number 99312351301
but server receives this numbers 9933112351133001
some numbers are duplicated.

Please help us to solve this problem or let us know what could be a possible problem.
