I do not sell PBX's, but as an owner/operator of an SME, I would
suggest focusing on the benefits provided to the buyer(s), not the
technology used to provide the benefits. I use an Asterisk box to
handle phone traffic for my office but that decision was driven more
by my need to use existing Ethernet cabling to handle phone traffic
rather than a deep conviction that Asterisk was the best or only way
to handle my relatively modest needs.
I would be inclined to mention the benefits that VoIP has - e.g.,
reduced/eliminated need for phone wiring if Ethernet is in place,
ability to set up off-premise extensions, ability to relocate the
business to another networked location without slow/expensive
telephone downtime, ability to configure carrier usage to minimize LD
cost, without even mentioning that you're doing this with Asterisk.
