[asterisk-biz] RFQ: global termination

Please contact me privately (CC if you want to advertise, but its far
easier for me to track private replies than list replies).

I am looking for global termination, mostly to wireless providers.
Anticipated volume will be 6M minutes or more per month.  I am not
opposed to using different carriers, infact I plan on picking and
choosing carriers based on best rate/service to each given destination.

The RFQ (request for quote) should include:
rates
monthly commitments
billing type (prepaid, post pay, etc)
payment methods accepted (wire, credit card, etc)
a server to test network connectivity with

And any other information you feel is appropriate in addition to the
above.
