Skyy Consulting Inc. is currently architecting a clustered asterisk-based
predictive dialer. The system will natively support 6 load balanced
asterisk sun boxes, with the option of adding clusters of 6 to achieve the
desired outbound call volume. Our initial testing has revealed amazing
results. Plenty of bells and whistles, including Cepstral integration.
Please contact off-list for more information.

Our experience of both vicidial and gnu dialer is that they don't work at
all.
Asked for demo of sinedialer a couple of times but never heard back from
them.

Hello,
Yes, VICIDIAL will install on top of most existing Asterisk
installations. It has many options and is GPL and free.

GnuDialer is GPL and free as well and also works as an outbound
dialer, but does require recompilation of Asterisk.

Both have web interfaces and can work with softphones.
Hope that helps,
