[asterisk-biz] Junction DOWN?

Why cant a fast busy be received by the calling party. The number has
been disconnected is bad business IMHO. That makes the caller think you
didnt pay your bill or its now disconnected vs. just that you cant
complete the call.

A small number of our DIDs were not receiving calls for less than one hour
this afternoon due to a carrier issue. Calls were not being delivered to us
from one of our carriers. We immediately escalated the issue to our carrier
and service was fully restored within one hour.

says The number you have dialed has been disconnected.
