[asterisk-biz] Seeking USB phones that work well with Xlite / Eyebeam

Would appreciate any learnings and recommendations regarding reliable 
make/models of USB phones that work well with Xlite and Eyebeam.

We have a customer who would like to use softphones for his 20-seat 
office but does not want to use headsets for these reasons:

1. Can't hear the phone ring unless the headset is permanently attached
2. Too cumbersome to remember to unplug headset from speaker jack each 
time user leaves his desk
3. Do not want to have to change user behavior too much with the new system
