[asterisk-biz] Golden Route for UAE

I know only for MCI's Gold floor, and Silver floor.
Gold means multi-tiered destination, with PSTN fall-back to few providers.
Silver floor - just one VoIP provider with ocasional fallback to another
VoIP provider.
