[asterisk-biz] Underutilized PRI

The calls that are made need to be high quality (Rules out VoIP across
the net or POTS).  

I need at least 10 lines available for simultaneous use.  At this
quantity, PRI is cheaper than multiple BRI.

I have all this extra capacity.  I was thinking that perhaps someone
would come up with a good idea for IVR hosting or something.
