[asterisk-biz] COLO / managed hosting service in US

Have a look at NDChost.com. I dont believe they are "officially" do managed but if you ask them for it I am sure that they can do it for you. I have been with them for 2 1/2 years and have been reall happy.

Anyone can advice on good managed hosting service provider in US ? we have
looked at rackspace, but they are quite a bit out of our budget.
