Integrics is pleased announce the release of Enswitch 2.2, a complete
integrated solution for commercial telephony services such as:
* Full featured hosted PBX.
* Onsite PBX to install at customers' sites.
* ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) services.
* Calling cards.
* Call shops.
* Toll-free and number translation services.
* Much more.
Enswitch is in production today with tens of thousands of live
customers. More details (including links to the full list of features
and a working demo of the web interface) are at:

New features in 2.2:
- Each carrier can have prices set for each destination they provide.
When billing calls, the system automatically chooses the price for the
peer used.
- If you select "Least cost" for a destination, the system automatically
chooses the cheapest carrier. This can be overridden manually, down to
individual numbers.
- The web interface can be customised and re-branded from within the web
interface itself without needing to know HTML and without filesystem access.
- Rate plans can imported and exported from/to spreadsheets.
- Users can reset their passwords automatically.
- Calls can be routed by callerid, down to individual number. This
allows a business to route incoming calls to the office nearest the
caller, or to block a particular unwanted caller.
- Web interface shows a red flag for unregistered telephones.
- Call pricing supports number portability with millions of entries.
- Callers can call into an IVR without authentication, and are then
allowed to call any destination which costs the system owner less than
the rebate they receive for the incoming call. The system owner can set
a minimum profit margin.
- Integration with 3rd party direct debit systems.
- Improved call shop interface.
- Customers are notified when their balance drops below a set level, and
they can have the system automatically request a top-up.
- Per telephone and shared speed dials.
- System owner and resellers can set one-time and monthly charges for
customers. This can be used for items such as phone rentals, ADSL
circuits, etc.
- CDRs can be rounded to N significant digits, where N is set by the
system owner and resellers.
- Many smaller changes based on feedback from customers.
