Please see http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,15941943 -- a thread
titled "Nufone shut down -- all toll free disconnected!" for further
refrences regarding NuFone.

They "fired" us when we were "complaining" (asking them to fix)
gmabout an issue and the message was somethign along the lines of "it
is a config problem on your end, stop blaming us and appologise" and
for not appoligising to Mr. McNamara our service was terminated!!
Besides that their support is really arrogant and good luck getting
something resolved on your timeframe, their phones are also never
answered.
