[asterisk-biz] Need help with Asterisk Config

1) This is the incorrect forum to ask for that information. The
correct one is the regular "asterisk" mailing list. This is
asterisk-biz for business related discussions of asterisk users.

2) The way caller id name works is the number is transmitted with the
call and at some point a lookup is done on a database (usally
maintiained by the telco) to get the name associated with the number.
If there is no number, there cannot be a name. If a caller witholds
the number then of course the name is witheld, on a POTS line usually
the name will be "UNKNOWN," "PRIVATE," "ANONOMOUS," "WITHELD,"
"RESTRICTED," or something with the same general meaning. If this is
what you are wanting to do, inquire on the other mailing list
regarding the command "SetCallerIDName."
