[asterisk-biz] RTC softphone with G.729

Dear All,
   
  I found g729 acm codec driver for my RTC sip softphone from http://www.vidoystem.com
  but their license don't cover g.729 patent license, if i buy g729 license for my asterisk, am i still need g729 for client side?
