[asterisk-biz] [ANN] - Coder Needed for Patch

YES - Basically I'm trying to duplicate (emulate) the method used on 
some MCI Worldcom and Global Crossing T1's. 
These arrive as standard D4 T1 (non-PRI).

Inbound works correctly for these companies but when an external voice 
mail dials out from its T1, it expects dial tone
after the wink
