[Asterisk-biz] PLEASE HELP- 4 techs have failed - is there a real super tech out there

I have an asterisk 
SIP pass thru
H323 transcoded to SIP
G711 pass thru
G729 transcoding to G711

I have no ringtone both protocols and both compressions

4 techs have looked at it and all failed to fix it.

Are there any real super techs out there?

I will pay anyone that can fix this problem.
