[Asterisk-biz] DIDx - are they charging per minute?

Dear Thameem,

Each did on didx is upto 5000 mins free mins at maximum, over 5000 mins are 
charged by didx @ .001 cent a min by didx, and the providers are told to chrage a 
similar rate also.
