I'm no way in no way affiliated with voipjet and I'm in Europe with an
average of 100ms lag, but I have no problem talking to people and they
hear me fine, too. The best IAX quality I've experienced every day is
Voicepulse Connect, though. YMMV of course (just chiming in with my
little report)
