Here is what I'm looking for:

Here is a list of features i would like to add to the "ControlPlayback"
application :
1) Volume control (higher/lower/reset)
2) Speed (faster/slower/reset)
3) multiple levels of rewind/forward (application only comes with one level)
4) restart playing the file
5) keypad lock (combination of 2 keys, to ignore keypad entry till
combination keys are pressed again)
6) instruction menu (press a key during playback for instructions and go
back to file where it stopped playing)
7) timer (announce time played and time left on current playing file,
then continue playing)
8) play file id (numerical id), and pre-recorded id (if available)
9) pause with timeout (in addition to regular pause that's included in app)
10) bookmarking, save and retrieve session for same file id (using
external database for login/location), also option to login and check
all bookmarks (using login/file id/location from DB)

I want as much of the above features as i can get, if something is not
