[Asterisk-biz] Help needed

I need help from somebody to make a Boot CD which includes a Linux
distribution and Asterisk, it should install more or less automatically
(like Asterisk at home). I need this to make a version that is optimized for
use with IPManager, IPSpeedDial and IPSwitchBoard.
