I bet they are checking with their lawyer to see if there is anything
they can do to make you stop.  If it were me, I would not like it too
much either.  I am sure a lot of work went into compiling the list with
the intention of generating traffic to the website and providing unique
and valuable content to visitors.

Legalities aside, I would probably add terms of service and move the
numbering plan so it is behind registration that requires accepting the
TOS.  Then I would pursue legal action if you continued to raid the
candy store.
