How will this save anything to your legal team or yourself Jeremy? Whom
are you going to sue and on what basis - On the basis of this Web
Chatter and online rants? 

Have you ever heard of any case infront of a US judge that brought any
conviction on this crap you read everyday on the net? Does anyone take
it serious? What about the first amendment?

If this kind of case has to bring anyone to conviction there would be a
billion cases in US courts thus far.

What happened to that marketing gospel - the customer is always right?
