Moving to a spam folder is one thing, but how can anyone do business if
they could miss an email from ONE client. Especially if they miss
emails and blame the other guy :) i think its ok spending my time
clicking the X a couple of extra times, if it means I'll not have
pissed off clients in the future.

Ya I saw, keeping spam filters on a sane level is a good business
practice... just do rbl and spam -> folder myself, a bit of work but
works well.
