Well after i read the entire threat i found i was mistaked.. u can find 
something for that.

Argentina is a good place definitelly. for outsourcing. like india.

Statistics apart. The rate  by hrs is usually around 45 - 75 usd for 
asterisk consulting. if u need something like custom programming in 
asterisk can be btw 60 - 95. depending the kind of programming

and for the ppl that think asterisk programming can't be complex ... 
think about predictive dialers or LCR applications (specially if this 
involve checking pdd and asr at the same time :D)

VCIdialer is not hard 2 install b/c is not well programming.. :P is b/c 
is big i you known what i mean.
