[Asterisk-biz] Rules and regs on biz opp

I am thinking of starting a business to provide turn-key business solutions
for whole office buildings.  Obviously Asterisk will play a big part in my
voice networking scheme.  What are the FCC rules and regs with me buying
PRI's with DID's and building them into the office rental space for clients
who are on lease in the building?
