[Asterisk-biz] F-C-C 9-1-1 Ruling

So the FCC 9-1-1 ruling says that the user must be able to update
their address via any means including the CPE.... so basically they
need to be able to call in and talk to someone... so uhh what if the
person on the phone types wrong?  What if the person talks wrong.. and
later claims the person typed wrong.. UGH!  This should like a lawsuit
waiting to happen.. why can't we just keep it on the CUSTOMER's end?
