[Asterisk-biz] Question on broken audio

I know many people here use Asterisk as a VoIP terminator for VoIP
services so I ask this question on the business list.

We have some clients who are on cable modems in the area.   The audio
going TO them is fine... the audio coming FROM them out onto the PSTN
often sounds choppy.   Thoughts?  Ping times are between 40 and 60ms.
